Is there off street parking?

Yes, we have a driveway gate guests can pull through and then parking for up to 10 cars in the lot. If you need additional parking, we may be able to accommodate you in the field behind the house and barn.

Do you use herbicides or pesticides?

To maintain a healthy ecosystem and to protect residents and guests at the farm, we limit the use of commercial herbicides and pesticides. We employ the use of tick tubes just outside the fence line in the dog yards and edges of the property around the house and barn. White vinegar may be used for occasional weed control in the gardens and dogs yards as well.

Is there active farming on the property?

We have a 15 acre hay field that is hayed a few times a season. Other farming activities are limited and don’t affect guests.

Are there farm or other animals on the property?

We currently have a few chickens, barn cats, and the owner and proprietor has dogs. The chickens are not accessible to guests or visiting dogs for their safety. The resident dogs will be inside or off the property during your visit for your privacy.
